School Portrait Photography. Classically done in the winter, this is a onsite studio shoot, to capture all of your students for sale to their parents. R&P specialise in Primary Schools and also offer a Summer Term service to take whole class pictures, often for the new and the leaver classes in an outdoor setting.

How The Service Works For You

BOOK US

  • Firstly you will have to book R&P to attend your event. This can be done in the online form at the bottom of this page or by calling us on - 01984 618 355

    • WE DESIGN YOUR PACK

  • We will then customise our pack to your school! This will include your colours, logo, and year groups. We can also add any additional details you would like!

    • WE PHOTOGRAPH YOUR STUDENTS

  • On the date arranged our photographer will arrive early in the moring and introduce themselves to your staff, before setting up our equipment for the day. For a portrait shoot this will require some space inside and for the children to be brought in for their photographs. We specialise in youth photography and you'll be surprised at how quick we are with so many genuine smiles and laughs! For summer shoots, we like to try and get a day with good weather and take our photos outside in the playground. We'll take a group photo and then everyones individual pictures to make a beautiful photo presentation.

    • WE PRINT & SEND OUT THE PHOTO PACKS

  • After the day all the photos are taken back to our lab. For winter portaits samples are order forms are made up, to show the parents the wonderful quality on offer and for them to order. During the summer, all photos are made up into packs and are sent for sale or return.
