Delivery & Returns

If you experience any problems when ordering or would prefer to place your order over the phone please call us on 01984 618655.

1. Packaging
All photos are sent out securely wrapped. Posters are sent separately - rolled in a cardboard tube.

2. Delivery
All items for delivery in the UK are sent by royal mail recorded delivery. Overseas orders will be sent via standard royal mail delivery.

Post and packing is charged per order and not per item.

Orders are cleared weekly however during busy periods please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Please contact R & P Photographic Service if your order arrives damaged or if you have any special requirements. Payment by cheque is accepted, please contact R & P Photographic Service.

3. Refund Policy
R & P Photographic Service will refund or replace any photograph damaged during delivery. Any problems with your order must be relayed to R & P Photographic Service within 7 days of receipt.
